Ivy Tech Community College to Open New Instructional Center
Ivy Tech Community College, Southwest will be opening a new Instructional Center this fall in Princeton, Ind. The 12,000 sq. ft. facility will be located at 2431 S. Crabtree Drive, on outer south Main St. in Princeton, and is currently being remodeled and reconfigured to fit the training and educational programs planned for the Center.
Ivy Tech Employees Save a Life
Two Ivy Tech employees, Alan Ripplemeier and Kathie Winkler, used their Red Cross skills to save a colleague’s life. Their calm resolve and emergency training helped to keep fellow employee, Jamie Whitledge Swonder, alive until paramedics arrived.
Ivy Tech Students to Study in England
Ivy Tech Community College will be conducting a Humanities Class from June 9 through June 19 at Harlaxton College located near Grantham, England. Students and faculty will stay at Harlaxton Manor and will participate in the British Cultural emersion. Participating students will receive three credit-hours upon successful course completion.
