The College provides the opportunity to enroll you and your enrolled family members in a comprehensive vision care program through VSP. VSP is a nationally recognized vision plan that has a wide network of providers. The Plan is a PPO-type plan which pays higher benefits when using in-network providers. Ivy Tech's provider network is the Choice network. Other providers may be used with the out-of-network payment limits.

Full-Time Employees
This coverage is elected through Workday.
Adjunct Faculty/Part-Time Employees/Retirees
Newly eligible employees elect coverage by completing an enrollment form and submitting it to VSP using the mail or fax option listed on the form. Premiums are fully paid by the employee and billed directly by VSP. There is no payroll deduction option.
Employees can update, drop or add vision coverage during 2027 Open Enrollment October 28 to November 13 in the VSP enrollment portal. Premiums are fully paid by the employee and billed directly by VSP. There is no payroll deduction option.
