The East Central Region, founded in 1968, includes a seven-county area: Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Henry, Jay, Madison and Randolph counties.

The Muncie campus, the main campus, enrolls more than 3,500 students, and nearly 2,000 students attend the Anderson campus. The third campus in the East Central Region, Marion, serves about 1,000 students.
