Go south on I-65 and take the 21st Street exit. Turn left onto 21st Street and go east to Illinois Street. Turn left onto Illinois Street and right onto 28th Street. The entrance to the facility’s parking area will be on your left.
From the West
From I-74 East or I-70 East, take I-465 North to 38th Street and turn right. Turn right on Meridian Street, then right onto 28th Street.
From the South
Go north on I-65 and take the 21st Street exit. Turn left on Illinois Street. Turn right onto 28th Street.
From the East
Go west on I-70 and take the I-65 North exit. Go north on I-65 and take the 21st Street exit. Turn left on Illinois Street. Turn right onto 28th Street.
From the Northeast
Go east on I-465 and go west on I-70. Take the I-65 North exit. Go north on I-65 and take the 21st Street exit. Turn left on Illinois Street. Turn right onto 28th Street.
Visitor parking
Guest parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Conference Center, as well as in the parking garage connected to the Julia Carson Learning Resource Center. Guests should not park in any spaces or lots marked “Reserved”.
Wireless internet
Ivy Tech Community College offers free guest wireless access in our campus buildings. Guests should select the “IvyGuest” network connection.

All event rooms are equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, as well as a computer. Guests typically only need to bring a flash drive for presentations.
Clients will also have access to the facility’s inventory of handheld and lapel microphones.

Ivy Tech does not provide food service or catering for events. If you intend to provide your own food for an event or contract with a third party for this purpose, Ivy Tech must consent in writing to the arrangement prior to the event.
- All caterers must be pre-approved by Ivy Tech management and provide valid licenses for food service.
- Any caterer must carry liability insurance, including products, of $3,000,000.
- Evidence of adequate insurance must be provided by the caterer prior to the event.

Recommended Catering Partners:

- Any request to provide alcohol at an event must be received at least two weeks prior to the event and must be approved by Ivy Tech.
- Alcohol may only be served by a licensed bartender and must be provided and served by a company with an approved catering license.
- Ivy Tech’s hospitality department may only provide alcohol in connection with the rental of the facility if the event is considered to be related to the educational or academic purposes of Ivy Tech.
- In addition, no alcohol provided by any person other than Ivy Tech Hospitality Department or by a licensed caterer approved for an event is allowed on the premises for any purpose, including for use as a giveaway, gift, or a part of any fundraising effort (e.g., silent auction, live auction, raffle, etc.).
- In the case of donated alcohol for nonprofit events, specific guidelines through the Indiana State Excise Police must be followed and will be reviewed with the User.
- Failure to comply with Ivy Tech’s alcohol policies and with state law related to providing and serving alcohol will result in the removal of alcohol from the premises and/or cancellation of the event.
- Alcohol is not permitted in any other buildings outside of the event space without prior approval.
- Confirm specific campus regulations when booking reservations.
