Courses Restaurant, Courses Bakery-Cafe and Courses Curbside are student-run operations in the Ivy Tech Indianapolis Culinary and Conference Center on the College's downtown Indianapolis campus. The Restaurant is located in the penthouse floor and the Bakery-Cafe is in the 1st floor lobby.

In the fall of 2020, Hospitality Administration was gifted a food truck. After much planning and collaboration, Courses Curbside was finally able to hit the road. This food truck is providing the opportunity to engage with potential students currently enrolled in high school dual credit classes, as well as be more involved in the local community by participating in strategic community events. Many of these engagements are made possible by our sponors at American Dairy Association Indiana, Sysco, and Indiana Pork.
Visit to Carmel High School in October. We learned about food truck operations, the Hospitality Adminstration program offerings, sampled milk and milk alternative beverages, and made grilled cheese! Courses Curbside also made stops at Central Nine Career Center, Greenfield High School, Lebanon High School, and Walker Career Center.
Courses Curbside also made an appearance at the 2021 Midtown Holiday Home Tour. We parked outside the Parry Mansion in Golden Hill and offered guests shortbread cookies and Mexican hot chocolate.
