    WHAT's WITH THE abbreviations at the end of the file names?

    The letters at the end of a file name indicate the file type! Click here to see Adobe's guide to file types and what different file types are used for.

    WhY does the file preview show A checkered background?

    If you are viewing a file in the toolkit and it shows a gray and white checkered background, that indicates that the file actually has a transparent background. When you download it and use it, there won't be a white box around it.

    Why am I getting a "You need access" error?

    Make sure you are accessing the toolkit with your Ivy Tech email. If it is still giving you issues, or you need something to be accessible to an external partner, please reach out to fortwayne-marketing@ivytech.edu so we can adjust permissions accordingly.

  • If your office needs some promotional items or apparel for an upcoming recruitment activity, contact a team member to see how we might be able to help. If your need is within a reasonable number, marketing is happy to help accommodate your request!

    If your needs go beyond what we can provide, here are the steps to order your own items using your department budget.

    ITEMS AVAILABLE AT THE BOOKSTORE:
    You can order items online from the Ivy Tech eCampus Bookstore (or buy items in person on the ground floor of Harshman Hall [Fort Wayne] or in Warsaw). Ecampus will also assist in purchasing branded items for your office.

    PLACE YOUR OWN ORDER:
    You can place your own order for promotional items from licensed vendors. Here are a few places that you can order Ivy Tech-branded items:

  • Interior or exterior building/office signage 

    Signs at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne & Kosciusko County (Warsaw) are managed between Facilities and Marketing & Communications. In order to adhere to the College’s signage standards, all requests for signage should be made through Facilities. The review process is also intended to allow time to consider the College’s master plan as well as any ADA guidelines.

  • Have you interacted with a coworker who goes above and beyond? Nominate your exceptional peers with Cheers for Peers. Nominated individuals who are approved by Human Resources will appear on our digital monitors for one month. 

  • Have an event or celebration to share with campus? The best way to get your message to employees is through The Memo, our weekly staff email. If you'd like something included in The Memo or if you aren't receiving it, contact fortwayne-marketing@ivytech.edu.

    Summit City Climbing Co. is offering an appreciation membership for just $55/month for all faculty, staff, and students. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, stay active, or try something new, this membership gives you unlimited access to Fort Wayne’s first climbing gym.

    Plus, every Friday from 8–10 PM, they host College Climb Nights with Purdue Fort Wayne, Ivy Tech, Saint Francis, and Indiana Tech!   • Automotive Technology classes sometimes work on employee vehicles as part of class projects. These sessions have limited openings and only occur when class is in session. Employees will still be responsible for the cost of any parts needed. Types of repairs available include:

    • General Vehicle
