Achieve Your Degree

evansville Achieve Your degree

Achieve Your Degree (AYD) is a smart way for working adults to learn new skills and earn a certificate or associate degree for Ivy Tech with little or no costs.

AYD is a partnership between Ivy Tech and nearly 40 local employers that takes employer tuition benefits, and applies it to the tuition costs of its approved employees.

If your place of business is a participant in AYD, and you are approved, your employer will cover the costs of  your attendance with little or no upfront costs that you would have to pay. You earn the degree your employer has approved, and the company pays the costs after you have completed.

Ivy Tech has statewide agreements, as well as local companies that have signed on. Check in your HR office to see if your employer is a participant or check out the list.
