Hospitality Administration
While our program remains 1/4 the cost of other Culinary Schools in the region, we offer the same hands on learning and are nationally accredited by the American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commission.

The Hospitality Administration program provides the skills to be successful in the hospitality industry which is the largest private sector employer in the United States. Those in the program will be receiving hands on training in world class facilities that mirror the professional industry. Students thrive in engaging labs and experiential learning, including customer service skills.

The instruction is modeled after the best practices and principles of some of the most well-known hospitality colleges in America. Our program is a great opportunity to gain industry relevant certifications that strengthen your employment portfolio.

The goal of the program is to offer affordable, quality and flexible educational services that will strengthen Indiana’s economy. It enhances cultural development with courses, certifications, and degree options in: Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management with areas of emphasis in Restaurant Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, and Beverage Management.

Our Graduates

Those that graduate from the program will have the knowledge to excel in the hospitality industry and the ability to begin working above an entry level position. The Associate of Science degree prepares students to transfer to a variety of s

tate universities to pursue a bachelor's degree.

Our Baking & Pastry Arts graduates have been trained according to industry demands and American Culinary Federation Standards for Pastry certification, and work in restaurants, hotels and bakeries, among other businesses.

Our Culinary Arts graduates work as kitchen managers or sauté cooks, sous chefs, and culinary

specialists. Ivy Tech’s educational kitchen enables us to offer training for those wishing to excel in the field.
