International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF) will provide the $50,000 Grant to Ivy Tech Community College to be used for student scholarships for two (2) newly created corrugated industry Interdisciplinary Workforce Degrees – Machine Operators and Maintenance Technicians. This effort is part of ICPF’s strategic initiative to initiate trade school and community college outreach to fill plant floor positions in the corrugated packaging industry

  • Students must be pursuing a certificate, or multiple certificates, in a(n) approved study program, as listed below. Grant funds will only be applied towards machine operator or maintenance technician workforce degree certificate courses listed above.
  • Applicants must have already completed two (2) courses (ADMF 101 and ADMF 102) and achieved a C grade or better in each course prior to becoming eligible for an award.


  • Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (C) to be eligible for the grant and must maintain that average during the entirety of the grant.
  • Students must be deemed by the grant administrators at Ivy Tech to have a substantial likelihood for success in their program.

Dr. and Mrs. Moez Ardalan Family Scholarship

The Dr. and Mrs. Moez Adralan Family Statewide Scholarship is intended to support and encourage students enrolled in the Honors College at Ivy Tech. In order to positively impact the greatest number of students, preference will be to award the scholarship to a new recipient and if there are not a significant number of new applicants, the award will default to a previous recipient.

Home Depot Foundation’s Path to Pro Scholarship by SkillPointe Foundation

The Home Depot Foundation works to improve the homes and lives of U.S. veterans, train skilled tradespeople to fill the labor gap, and support communities impacted by natural disasters. The Foundation has pledged to invest $50 million in training the next generation of skilled tradespeople and bridging the opportunity gap through its Path to Pro program.

We want to help create the next generation of skilled trade leaders by providing scholarships to further your education.

Presidential Honors College Scholarship

New students who apply to and are accepted into the Ivy Tech Honors College may apply for the Presidential Honors College Scholarship.

This scholarship provides substantial assistance ($3,000 per year, renewable up to 2 years) for new Honors College students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional potential. This award will be available to students starting in the Honors College Fall 2024.

  • Must be a new, full-time Ivy Tech student
  • Must have graduated from high school within the past two years with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (will be asked to provide this information)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Must be accepted into the Honors College and remain in good standing (you will be prompted to upload your acceptance letter which is emailed to your Ivy Tech email)
  • Must submit ACT, SAT, and/or Knowledge Assessment scores 
  • Must submit one letter of recommendation from a high school teacher, guidance counselor, or work supervisor 
  • Must submit a written essay (500-word minimum) or creative presentation (e.g., Powtoon, Vimeo) where you share your Big Goals and how you feel the Honors College can help you reach them
  • Must submit the FAFSA form (does not have to be complete to apply for the scholarship)

SkillPointe Foundation Scholarship

Since 2021, the SkillPointe Foundation has raised more than $1M to help aspiring workers afford the training they need to build rewarding careers in high-demand industries.

The SkillPointe Foundation awards multiple $1,000 scholarships every month for individuals pursuing technical/vocational training in construction, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and other fields.

A minimum of two (2) new winners will be chosen every quarter to receive a $1,000 scholarship. The application deadline is the last day of every month and winners will be notified approximately 12 weeks from entry.
