Current Students
Request for Official Transcript
Current students can request their Official transcript through MyIvy by taking the following steps:
- Login to MyIvy
- Click on "Tools and Resources" in the upper left area of the page
- Select "Request Official Transcript" from the list of items
Unofficial Transcript
To obtain an unofficial transcript, follow the below steps:
- Login to MyIvy
- Click on "Tools and Resources" in the upper left area of the page
- Select "Unofficial Transcripts" from the list of items
Former Students
If you have not attended Ivy Tech in two or more years and do not have access to MyIvy, you may request a transcript through Parchment, which is Ivy Tech's third-party transcript provider. If you are new to Parchment, you will first need to create an account.
How to Send a Transcript to Ivy Tech
Students who need to send a transcript to Ivy Tech may send transcripts electronically or via mail. Below are instructions.
Note: Official transcripts must be submitted directly to Ivy Tech from the institution where they were issued.
Electronic Transcript
If your previous institution uses a Secure E-Transcript Service, you may request that your secure official transcript be emailed to us at transcripts@ivytech.edu. The E-transcript service is a very efficient way to have your transcript sent to us. In most cases, it arrives in our office the same day you request it.
Mailed Transcript
You may also have your previous college mail your official transcripts to:
