  • Campus Reservations

    Our campus spaces are open to reservations by the Madison community, organizations and companies. When reserving a room, please email Jonah Hill at jhill234@ivytech.edu with the following information:

    • Event title
    • Room(s) requested
    • Day(s) and Time(s) requested
    • Any technology needed or special set-up required for the reservation

    You will receive a confirmation email from Jonah once the space is reserved or a denial email if the space is unavailable. 

    Please note: all scheduled courses take first priority with reservations.
