The Information Center on the first floor of Ivy Hall is the place to get your Student ID or Clinical Badge created or updated.
Student IDs
All Student IDs are created and updated at the Information Center. A photo ID and your C number is required to receive a Student ID. The first ID and updates each semester are free as long as you are enrolled in class. If you lose your Student ID, a $5 replacement fee will be charged at the Cashier’s Office. Take the receipt to the Information Center to receive a replacement ID card.
Clinical Badges
Clinical Badges are required for health and nursing students who attend off-site clinicals. They are program-specific you must be on a list submitted by your Program Chair. Clinical Badges are $5 payable at the Cashiers Office. Take your receipt to the Information Center to receive your Clinical Badge.
