What is Classical Cuisines?
Classical Cuisines is a course in the Ivy Tech Fort Wayne Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management program that teaches students advanced and sophisticated classical culinary methods following the principles and techniques of French cuisine.
Throughout this eight-week course, students have the opportunity to design, prepare and serve menus inspired by their learnings.
Each Classical Cuisines dinner is open to the public, as well as students, faculty and staff of Ivy Tech Fort Wayne.
When will this year's Classical Cuisines dinners be served?
Classical Cuisines dinners will be served on Thursday evenings between 6 and 7 p.m. from mid-September through early October.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, dinner reservations are required to attend each dinner.
Seating is limited to 45 people per evening, so early reservations are encouraged!
How much does each Classical Cuisines dinner cost?
Each dinner is $25 per person.
Wine will be available for an additional charge.
