Leadership Kokomo

The Leadership Kokomo Program will bring together a diverse group of existing and emerging community leaders, and enable them to become resourceful stewards of the community.

Upon the successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Recruitment-The Leadership Kokomo Program will identify and attract participants from diverse backgrounds and roles committed to the mission of Leadership Kokomo.

  2. Participation-The Leadership Kokomo program is designed to be educational, motivational, and rewarding for participants.

  3. Expectations-Leadership Kokomo graduates will exhibit a lifelong personal commitment to sharing knowledge and abilities for the community's common good.

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
