Business Foundations for Trades Professionals

Business Foundations for Trades Professionals is an eight-week, hands-on course taught by experienced trades operators who have built and led real contracting businesses. This course is designed for trades professionals who want a clear, practical understanding of how a contracting business should be structured, managed, and grown. Participants learn core business fundamentals by applying concepts to their own business when applicable, or by working through real-world trade examples such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, and remodeling.
