Approximately 81 leading employers and resources in Indiana’s capital city spoke with nearly 800 job seekers on Wednesday during André Carson's 15th Annual Indianapolis Job & Resource Fair.

Since its inception in 2011, the fair has served as a vital bridge between Indianapolis businesses and Hoosiers seeking new opportunities and vital resources, reinforcing Ivy Tech’s commitment to workforce development and community engagement.

“This resource, the Carson Career Fair, is about finding a job. But it's also about finding a career, something you're passionate about, something that will lead you to a lifelong vocation. That could be you. It could be today, and today could be the fresh start that you and your family need,” Congressman Carson remarked. “We just don't have employers present. We have stakeholders present, people who have great organizations that could expand their operation by having a good addition like yourself to an already wonderful team.”

Employers present at the job fair included:

  • Eli Lilly and Company
  • Elanco
  • Eskenazi Health
  • FedEx
  • Ulta
  • Indianapolis Marion County Public Library
  • IndyGo
  • Hilton
  • Citizens Energy Group

Community resource organizations at the job fair included:

  • EmployIndy
