From electronics to medicine, engineers are needed throughout many organizations and companies. Simply put, engineering is the combination of math, science, design and technology. Engineers can see the most complex product, take it apart and tell you exactly how it works. How cool is that?
Green2Gold is a unique partnership between Ivy Tech and Purdue University that offers an affordable local pathway to a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Purdue. Students earn an Associate of Science Degree from Ivy Tech Columbus and can then transfer to Purdue to complete any of 15 engineering degrees.
As a Green2Gold student, you take classes with the same students for your first two years at Ivy Tech. This helps build a support structure to aid in your academic success.
Ivy Tech is the most affordable college in Indiana. In-state residents attending part-time pay $170.07/credit hour. In-state residents attending full-time pay $2,455.76/semester.
