The Anderson Tutoring Center, Writing Center and Library are fully staffed and ready to help virtually by offering all of its services via zoom, email and chat. All hours and zoom meeting information can be found on the Library page in My Ivy.

The Tutor Center is using Ivy Advising to schedule all tutoring sessions. Students can schedule appointments by following the steps below:

We are available for 30-minute tutoring sessions throughout the day, at a frequency of one session per student per day for writing plus one session per student per day for math/science/technology, accounting and Economics 101.
Our students can make their appointments for tutoring, as needed, through Ivy Advising by selecting the service of Indianapolis Learning Center.

The LRC/Library is located in Rooms 507 & 509 in the Main building of the Kokomo campus. Our on-campus hours for the semester are as follows:

What: English, Math, Nursing, Communications, and more. Proofreading and research help for ANY class.
When: In-person tutoring is available in Rooms 507 & 509 at the Kokomo campus. Hours are Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm; Friday, 9am – 3pm.
Online / remote tutoring is offered at almost any time convenient for the student.
How: Appointments are encouraged, but NOT required, for tutoring in-person. Students should call (765) 459-0561 ext. 7515 if they wish to schedule an appointment.

Virtual tutoring is available!
We have created an Organization in IvyLearn that will house all of the tutoring information for the rest of this semester. As we move to virtual meetings, we have established Zoom tutoring rooms for math and science. These rooms will be available for you to log in and work with other students.
Faculty and peer tutors will also log in and be available to work with. The Zoom links and the tutor schedules will be posted in this Org.
If you are interested in joining this Org, please email Donna Macy at dmacy5@ivytech.edu and she will add you to the Org. You will then be emailed an invitation to join. Once you accept the invitation, the Peer Tutors Organization–Lafayette will appear in your dashboard in IvyLearn.
We will continue to create resources to help support you during this transition to virtual learning.
