BankMobile Disbursements

Ivy Tech delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. 

Although you may not be expecting a refund, we encourage all students to select a safe, efficient refund delivery preference right away.

How to Select a Refund Preference

  • Login to MyIvy
  • Browse Topics
  • Select Billing & Financial Aid
  • Select Refund Preference (Note: this link will only work if you are an enrolled student and have been assigned a student ID number)
  • Enter your email address and create a password

If you are not connected to theBankMobile Disbursements refund website once you enter your information, please allow two business days for Ivy Tech to transmit your information to BMTX, Inc. 

How to Manage Your Refund Account

Once you have selected your refund preference you can:

  • Login to MyIvy
  • Select the View/Manage Refund Account link to sign into your BankMobile Disbursements profile, update your mailing address or change your refund preference.

How to Order Replacement Cards

To order replacement cards that were lost or never received, please contact the BankMobile Disbursements Team.
