Welcome to Ivy Tech Columbus! We are excited to offer students 44 academic programs at our campus, which includes five satellite locations in Franklin, Shelbyville, Greensburg, North Vernon and Seymour. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to preparing our students with the skills and confidence needed for the workforce today. And, we are proud to be the most affordable option in higher education in Indiana. The possibilities are limitless for our Ivy Tech grads!

What Makes Our Campus Unique?

  • Located at the AirPark Columbus College Campus along with IUPUC and Purdue Polytechnic, Ivy Tech Columbus offers accessible, affordable, and seamless pathways to careers and continuing education opportunities at four-year universities.
  • Our new, state-of-the-art main campus building, Moravec Hall, features bright, welcoming spaces for students to learn, collaborate, and study in technologically advanced simulation labs and classrooms.
  • The Ivy Tech Columbus Cyber Academy offers students an opportunity to earn an associate degree in cybersecurity in just 11 months at an advanced cyber training facility. 
  • Neighboring one of the busiest airports in Indiana, Ivy Tech Columbus has partnered with LIFT Academy to provide Professional Flight training.

Recent Accomplishments

  • Opened Moravec Hall in Summer 2022 to serve as the main campus building for the Ivy Tech Columbus service area. The brand new building, which was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the fall, provides students with a modern facility built for higher education and hands-on learning. 
  • Partnered with LIFT Academy to offer Professional Flight training, preparing students to become a pilot by earning an FAA Commercial Certificate in 24 months!
  • Launched new academic programs in high-demand career fields, including Entrepreneurship and Precision Agriculture
  • Received a 2022 American Water Charitable Foundation Workforce Readiness Grant in support of the development ofAdvanced Manufacturing Lab at Ivy Tech Franklin and an early college program for high school students focused on advanced manufacturing.
