You will receive a response within 3–5 business days regarding availability and next steps.

Restricted Dates
Ivy Tech Bloomington is unable to accommodate external event reservations on the dates listed below. Please review these dates before submitting a space request.
- Finals week and the first week of classes for each term
- Winter break from December 25 through January 1
- Federal holidays (except President's Day & Columbus Day)

Administrative Fee

Administrative fee associated with the facility rental.
Linens
$10 per linen
Available upon request.
Security Fee
$75 per hour
Required for events held outside of campus operating hours.
Custodial Fee
$50
Required for all Saturday events.
Extensive Cleanup Fee
$500
Standard cleanup is included in the facility rental. An additional fee may apply when extensive cleaning is required or established decorating and cleanup guidelines are not followed.
Cancellation Fee
Full facility rental cost
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are responsible for the full facility rental cost.
