Academic Advising & Registration

Fall second 8-week registration is open and Spring registration opens September 13. If you have an academic plan, you can also register through MyIvy using Schedule Builder. Bookstore

Students do not have to pay for electronic copies of textbooks for the 2021-22 academic year. Go to IvyTech.edu/bookstore for more information.

Registrar

Graduation applications are required for you to graduate. Go to MyIvy > Student Dashboard > Scroll down to New or Graduating Students > Graduating students dropdown > Application for graduation. The deadline for spring and summer graduation applications is March 1, 2022.  The deadline for fall graduation applications is October 1, 2022.  Paper applications are available in Kokomo, Logansport, and Peru.

I-Succeed

Ivy Tech is participating in an exciting program! I-SUCCEED offers students personalized coaching, workshops, and even $50 per month when you stay enrolled full-time. This program is designed to help you meet your goal of graduating with your Associate’s degree within three years. If you want to graduate faster, this program could be for you!  The I-SUCCEED program will be part of a research study.  Program space is limited so you have a 50/50 chance of getting in. Only students who are eligible for the program and agree to be part of the study will have the opportunity to participate. If you are interested in learning more, I can schedule a One on One phone or Zoom meeting with you. Schedule a meeting today by contacting Tashona Jones at tjones758@ivytech.edu. If you are eligible and agree to sign up for the study, you will receive $20 as thanks for your time. The eligibility requirements are: 

  • Be willing to enroll in 12 credit hours each semester.
  • Have 0-30 credits hours earned.
  • Be able to meet with a Success Coach twice a month.
