Payment of tuition and fees for the Fall 2025 semester is based on your earliest course start date
- If your earliest course start date is before October 27, 2025, payment is due Friday, August 22, 2025.
- If your earliest course start date is on or after October 27, 2025, payment is due Friday, October 24, 2025.
Payment of tuition and fees for the Spring 2026 semester is due based on your earliest course start date.
- If your earliest course start date is before March 16, 2026, payment is due Friday, January 9, 2026.
- If your earliest course start date is on or after March 17, 2026, payment is due Friday, March 13, 2026.

SUMMER-FLEX TUITION SCHOLARSHIP OPTION
Full-time students generally complete 30 credit hours of classes per year. Our Summer-Flex Scholarship* is a great option to consider if you are a full-time student but do not take 15 credits in both the fall and spring terms. With Summer-Flex, you can take any remaining credit hours over the summer session to reach the 30 credit hour target for a full-time student without paying anything extra.

*Summer-Flex is a last-dollar scholarship meaning any financial aid, grants, and scholarships will be applied first. When you register for classes, a bill is generated in your student account. Your bill can be viewed in your MyIvy account > My Account Balance.
Accepted Payment Methods
Ivy Tech accepts the following payment methods:
- ACH – An electronic funds transfer; available online only
- Cash
- Check – Make payable to “Ivy Tech Community College” Include the student’s name and ID number (C#) in the memo line
- Credit/debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted; available online only; a service fee applies to each credit/debit card transaction
- 529 plan payment – Accepted via check or ACH; make checks payable to “Ivy Tech Community College” and include the student’s name and ID number (C#) in the memo line
- International Payment via TransferMate – Available online only
How to Make a Payment
There are multiple ways to make a payment:
- Online in MyIvy (My Account Balance)—intended for students, as this method requires a student login
View/print online payment instructions - Online through IvyPay—a good choice for "Authorized Users" (parents or others with granted access to make payments on a student's behalf)

- By U.S. mail – mail to your local campus' Bursar office
Remember, you are financially liable for your registered classes. Be sure you've made payment arrangements by the due date to avoid classes being dropped for non-payment.
