Catapult Indiana is a fast-paced, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals for entry-level careers in the advanced manufacturing industry. Over the course of 160 hours, participants gain a strong foundation in production principles, manufacturing tools and technologies, and essential workplace behaviors. Through a combination of classroom instruction, lab simulations, and practical exercises, learners build the skills necessary to succeed in modern manufacturing environments.
