Catapult Indiana Training

Catapult Indiana is a fast-paced, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals for entry-level careers in the advanced manufacturing industry. Over the course of 160 hours, participants gain a strong foundation in production principles, manufacturing tools and technologies, and essential workplace behaviors. Through a combination of classroom instruction, lab simulations, and practical exercises, learners build the skills necessary to succeed in modern manufacturing environments. This program serves as a direct on-ramp to employment, with the added benefit of college credit crosswalks for those who choose to pursue a degree. In partnership with Conexus Indiana.

This advanced manufacturing standardized work training covers nine primary topics with equal focus on theory and lab/simulation in production fundamentals.

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
