Ivy Tech Community College’s Bloomington campus, in partnership with Monroe County Public Health, is hosting a vaccination clinic on Thursday, Aug. 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for anyone who has not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19. The clinic will be held in Shreve Hall and is open to the public. No appointment is needed and a state issued ID will be required.
Ivy Tech’s clinic will offer the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen one-dose vaccine for those 18 years and older. Any current Ivy Tech student or employee who receives the vaccine on Thursday at the clinic, will be eligible to receive a $100 gift card for Target, Walmart, or Amazon. Eligible recipients will be asked to scan a QR code and complete a form to receive their $100 gift card. Vaccines are first come, first served.
