Ivy Tech Waldron announces last call for community arts awards nominations

BLOOMINGTON – The Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center announces the last call for nominations for the third-annual Community Arts Awards to honor local arts advocates, educators, and businesses. Nominations should be made by Wednesday, September 13. The event will be held on Friday, November 10 at the Ivy Tech Waldron, located at 122 S. Walnut St.

Award categories are Arts Advocate, Special Citation, Arts in Business, and Arts in Education.

Nominations can be made online at ivytech.edu/waldron. Community Arts Award winners will be juried by an independent community group. Questions about award nominations can be directed to the Ivy Tech Waldron at (812) 330-4400 or pdaily3@ivytech.edu.
