    LiveHealth Online

    Get urgent care any time from an on-demand clinician for routine checkups and managing conditions, visit with a primary care provider who can order lab tests, imaging, prescribe medication, and refer you to a specialist. You can also schedule an appointment with a mental health professional for therapy and psychiatry services.

    LiveHealth Online is integrated into the Anthem website and Anthem Sydney app. You can find it in the Care section by selecting Virtual Care.

    No cost digital tools to develop resilience, reduce stress, and practice mindfulness.

    This program will help identify the thoughts and behavior patterns that affect your emotional well-being.  Through self-paced online programs and optional personalized coaching support, you will learn effective ways to manage stress, depression, and anxiety, and sleep issues.

  • New for 2026, Ivy Tech launched a wellness rewards program in partnership with Anthem. By integrating Wellness Rewards directly into your health plan coverage, earning rewards will now be easier, more flexible, and less work for you!

    All full-time employees can earn up to $250 in Wellness Rewards.

    • Earn points for completing healthy activities, such as annual physical, eye, or dental exam, getting cancer screenings and vaccines, completing your health assessment, tracking fitness and nutrition, and more.
    •  As activities are completed, employees become eligible for a gift card.
    • Simply log into the Anthem.com portal or use the Sydney Health app to see activities, check reward status, and request gift card(s).
    • Rewards do not rollover from year to year.

  • Ivy Tech partners with CuraLinc Healthcare to offer the SupportLinc Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available to all employees and household members.  The College provides this benefit at no cost to you, recognizing how important EAP and work-life balance can be to you and your family.

    Employees can reach out to SupportLinc for confidential guidance with family issues, workplace concerns, legal and financial consultation, stress, referrals on child and elder care, short-term counseling, and many other everyday issues.’

    Employees have access to short-term counseling which includes six counseling sessions (in-person or virtually) with a licensed therapist at no cost to you.

  • My Financial Journey

    A free financial wellness program in partnership with Goldman Sachs and Transamerica. It is a resource designed to strengthen your financial foundation.

    Get started by taking a brief assessment. You will be asked about your spending and financial needs to help determine a financial wellness score and create a learning program based on your needs:

    • Log in to your online Transamerica account.
    • On the Financial Overview page, click Learn More in the How’s your financial wellness? banner.
    • From there, you will be automatically redirected to the Goldman Sach’s Ayco website.

    Managed Advice

    Managed Advice is offered through your Transamerica retirement plan. It’s an easy-to-use subscription service that creates a personalized retirement strategy just for you using advanced research and technology, and principles of professional retirement planning.   

    You need to participate in the Ivy Tech retirement plan.  If you haven’t enrolled in the plan, you will be able to subscribe to the service during the enrollment process. If you are already participating in the plan, you can subscribe to this service by

    • Log in to your online Transamerica account.
    • Find Advice Services under the Investments tab within the menu. You will need to fill in a few basic fields: your age, gender, and state of residence.
    • Set your Retirement income goal.
    • Add additional retirement accounts and income sources.

    Personal Choice Brokerage Account

    Through the Charles Schwab Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA), you have the option to select investment choices beyond the standard fund lineup for greater personalization.  Designed for knowledgeable investors who seek greater control in managing investments.  This option is only available in the 457(b) Deferred Compensation plan.
