Strategic Plan

Ivy Tech Community College is committed to enabling our hardworking students to finish their programs and find high-value careers in growing fields. The eight goals of our strategic plan outline how we will achieve our vision of students earning 50,000 high-quality certifications, certificates, or degrees annually.

Human Resources

Human Resources supports the Ivy Tech mission and strategic plan by recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, developing, and retaining talented employees who exemplify our core values, change lives, and make Indiana great. We employ qualified faculty and staff to prepare Indiana residents to learn, live, and work in a diverse and globally competitive environment by delivering professional, technical, transfer, and lifelong education. Office of the General Counsel

The Office of the General Counsel provides legal resources to College administrators, faculty and staff. The department offers a full range of legal services and expertise, with a concentration in areas of specific importance to Ivy Tech’s strategic goals.

Board of Trustees

The Ivy Tech Community College State Board of Trustees comprises 15 members appointed by the governor. According to Indiana law, each trustee must have knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, commerce, labor, agriculture, state and regional economic development needs, and/or Indiana's educational delivery system.

Financial Reports

A list of Ivy Tech financial documents shared as part of Financial Transparency Project, which was created by House Enrolled Act 1004-2011 through Indiana Code 5-14-3.6. The Act requires Indiana's publicly funded higher education institutions to submit audited financial statements, outstanding debt information, and other public financial documents to the Commission to ensure public access and transparency.

Facilities

The intent of the space and systems standards is to ensure that all facilities within the Ivy Tech system support the mission and purpose of Ivy Tech, focusing on providing the residents of Indiana an affordable, quality education.

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (312-263-0456).
