Paying For College

FINANCIAL AID
The cost of tuition, books and supplies might seem a little scary, but there are many sources of financial aid available to make financing your education a little easier. You can find more information about the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and a checklist to help you complete the financial aid process under the financial aid section this the website.

Types of Financial Aid:

• A grant from the state of Indiana
• A federal Pell grant
• A federal Stafford loan
• A work-study job

PAYMENT PLANS
If your federal student aid or loans do not cover the cost of your tuition and/or you just need assistance paying for college, one option is our tuition payment plan offered through Nelnet Business Solutions. The tuition payment plan provides a low cost option for budgeting tuition and fees. Click here for more information.

PAYING IN FULL
Payments can be made in various ways:

1. Online through Campus Connect
   - Log in to Campus Connect
   - Click the View Account/Pay Bill link in the My Ivy Tech channel
   - Follow the instructions in Campus Connect to pay for your fees
2. In person at your local bursar/business office or by mail
   - After hours drop boxes are available at most campuses

TUITION DUE DATES
You must have your tuition for the Spring 2012 semester paid for or arranged to pay by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 or you will be dropped from your classes. If you register after Wednesday, January 4, 2012, you must pay in full or make arrangements to pay immediately upon registering or you will be dropped from classes.
