Student Leadership Development

We believe everyone has the potential to further develop their leadership and professional development skills. There are a variety of opportunities available for our students to reach their full potential. One of our favorite leadership opportunities is the Student Leadership Academy, A 10-week program offered in the fall that allows members to enhance leadership and professional development skills. Graduates receive a 3-credit scholarship and a specially designed medallion to be worn at Commencement.

Student Governance

Our Student Government Association (SGA) is the official voice of the student body and the group that ensures a positive learning environment. Members are exposed to various experiential learning opportunities, from budgeting and interpreting constitutions to leader retreats and social networking.

Service Engagement

Service initiatives allow students to learn more about themselves and the world around them. Students are able to participate in a variety of community opportunities from one-time service projects to long-term service partnerships.

Recreation and Wellness

From organized teams to intramurals, fitness centers and classes, we are happy to promote physical and mental wellness.
