Known for its award-winning training, the Associate of Applied Science in Machine Tool Technology program trains the next generation of machinists and makers. Upon graduation, students are prepared to enter the workforce immediately.
Time to Complete
An Associate of Applied Science in Machine Tool Technology degree can be achieved in 4 semesters, or about two years.
Graduates must complete a total of 60 credit hours:
- 16 general education core course credits
- 24 program-specific course credits
- 15 statewide elective course credits
- 15 institutional requirement course credits
A completion guide provides the recommended path to graduation, broken out by 8-week terms. For students taking fewer classes at a time, the courses are numbered to show the overall number that will be taken.
