What Makes Our Campus Unique?

  • As Ivy Tech's second largest region, we cover the entirety of northeast Indiana offering classes at several convenient locations to meet students where they are
  • We partner with dozens of big local companies including Steel Dynamics, Inc., Parkview Health, Lake City Bank, and more that offer our students tuition assistance, hands-on learning experiences, and even careers
  • Our region covers Warsaw, Ind., which is the "Orthopedic Capital of the World," offering our manufacturing and health sciences students countless opportunities to work while earning a degree

Recent Accomplishments:

  • Ivy Tech Fort Wayne was one of only 7 colleges nationwide to receive a $40,000 grant, sourced by General Motors funds, through the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). The grant will go towards funding a year and a half long study that shares best practices for integrating advanced manufacturing credentials into college curriculum.
  • Ivy Tech Fort Wayne and Warsaw partnered with the Parkview Health Questa Education Foundation to offer Fort Wayne Community Schools students the chance to earn a free degree and be guaranteed a job after graduation
  • Students in need can benefit through transportation, rent, and utility assistance thanks to the generosity of the Ivy Tech Foundation's Women in Philanthropy Circle of Ivy, which awarded nearly $12,000 to the college in 2022
  • In spring 2022, four of our programs were honored with the Governor's Career and Technical Education (CTE) Postsecondary Program of Study Awards: Computer Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, and Engineering Technology
