First Time: Getting Started

If you have not yet participated in a program through Amazon Career Choice, start here.

  • Apply at https://apply.ivytech.edu/ayd/AWS
    *note, do not use the general Ivy Tech application 

  • Set up  our Ivy Tech student account and email.  You will receive regular instructions on this. You will need to regularly check your Ivy Tech email. You will be working directly with our AWS-AYD Coordinator Genie Feldleyfer yfeldleyfer@ivytech.edu. 

    • Visit A to Z and submit a payment request for your chosen school and program.

    • Requests must be submitted before the start of the 8 week term of the semester.

    • If approved, Amazon pays the school directly!

Ongoing: Apply for a Payment Request each semester

You will need to apply for a new Payment Request from Career Choice each semester (January-May, June-July, August-December).
