The Leadership Edge is a comprehensive course designed to enhance both personal and professional effectiveness. Participants will engage with key concepts, including career reinvention, personal branding, and performance excellence, while also exploring the application of Clifton Strengths and growth mindset principles. Emphasis is placed on developing resilience, leveraging individual strengths, and distinguishing between leadership and management through real-world case studies. By integrating theory with practice, this course provides learners with the knowledge, strategies, and applied skills necessary to succeed in diverse professional environments.
