Captain Henry Vanderburgh Chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarship

Applicants of the Captain Henry Vanderburgh Chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution scholarship must be enrolled at the Evansville campus. Student must be majoring in Environmental Design. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have a FAFSA on file with Ivy Tech. The scholarship may be applied toward tuition, fees, and book costs. Renewable for year and subject to availability of funds.

Earl and Florence McMichael Scholarship

The Earl and Florence McMichael Scholarship seeks to support students seeking a certificate, technical certificate or associate’s degree within the Frank L. Hilton, M.D., School of Health Sciences. Applicants must be degree seeking at the Evansville campus, must complete the Ivy Tech Community College scholarship application, and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. This scholarship is renewable based on meeting the original criteria. While not a requirement, preference is given to students who are single parents. The scholarship may be applied toward tuition, fees, and book costs only. Selection to be determined by Ivy Tech Community College scholarship committee.

Florence McMichael

$1,000; 20 awards available

  • Students seeking a certificate, technical certificate or associate’s degree within the Frank L. Hilton, M.D., School of Health Sciences.

Tell City Campus Student Retention Scholarship

Applicants of the Tell City Campus Student Retention Scholarship must be degree seeking at the Evansville Service Area (Evansville and Tell City) and taking at least six credit hours in the Fall Semester at the Ivy Tech Tell City location and enrolled in at least six credit hours for the Spring Semester. Must complete the Ivy Tech Community College scholarship application. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, have a FAFSA on file with Ivy Tech, and not already have scholarships and/or grants that cover the full cost of the student’s tuition fees, and books. The scholarship may be applied toward tuition, fees, and book costs in the Spring Semester only.

Ivy Tech Tell City Career and Technical Center

  • Applicants of the Tell City Campus Student Retention Scholarship must be degree seeking at the Evansville Service Area (Evansville, Tell City)
  • Taking at least six credit hours in the Fall Semester at the Ivy Tech Tell City location and enrolled in at least six credit hours for the Spring Semester.
  • Must complete the Ivy Tech Community College scholarship application.
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, have a FAFSA on file with Ivy Tech, and not already have scholarships and/or grants that cover the full cost of the student’s tuition fees, and books.
  • Students are expected to write a thank you note to the donors
  • Attend the scholarship event in the spring.
