To remain in good academic standing at the College and retain eligibility for Title IV financial aid, students must:
- Maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0
- Successfully complete 67% of the courses in which they enroll
- Complete their program of study within a reasonable period of time (150% of the total credit hours required by the student's program)
It is important that you understand these Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) guidelines. Too often students fail to understand, or follow these regulations, and as a result, lose any financial aid they might be receiving or are not able to successfully complete their educational goals.
IMPORTANT: These calculators will help you estimate your Academic Progress in regards to the above requirements. However, this is for your information only and is not an official or guaranteed measurement of SAP. Never make a schedule change without checking with your financial aid advisor to determine any effect the change will have on your financial aid eligibility.
The calculators were NOT designed to consider repeated coursework. Students who have repeated coursework and have questions about SAP status should contact an academic advisor.
