  • Identify critical individuals to assist with work difficulties
  • Understand proper notification processes in the event of illness resulting in missed work shifts
  • Become aware of tools generally available which could enhance workplace interactions
  • Discuss strategies that could be shared with the employer to ease environmental acclimation
  • Define cultural differences that could affect the workplace

Career Options

This course is designed for practical application to workplace interactions. Rather than grammar and rules, students will learn how to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
