This course prepares students to enter the data center field, focusing on career pathways in IT, Maintenance, and other related fields. Students will learn essential job-seeking skills, including career research, resume and portfolio development, and interview techniques�emphasizing teamwork, ethical and productive job performance, and professional communication. Additionally, students will explore the 16 Amazon Leadership Principles, which are critical for success in high-performance data center environments. The course will also introduce key technical and behavioral competencies valued in data center operations, including problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Relate each Amazon leadership principle to a personal experience.
Demonstrate effective behavior during the interview and answer questions in an interview appropriately.
Create or update a resume.
