The Cass County Leadership program will deepen your understanding of the county, local businesses, strengthen your leadership skills, and show you how you can make a meaningful impact within the community.

Learners taking this class will be able to:

  • Understand Personal Leadership Styles.
  • Lead through effective interpersonal communication and successful conflict management.
  • Know the value of participation in nonprofit organizations within the community.
  • Understand the structure and importance of county government operations, education, economic development, and healthy communities within the county.
