Real Estate Broker Pre-licensing Training

The Indiana Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course is a 90-hour course, approved by the Indiana Real Estate Commission, and meets the state’s education requirement to become a licensed real estate broker. It covers all topics outlined by Indiana law, including real estate principles, contracts, financing, property valuation, and state-specific license laws. Successful completion of this course fulfills the education requirement to sit for the Indiana broker licensing exam and is the first step toward earning your Indiana real estate license.

To become a licensed real estate broker, follow these steps:

Step 1-Take and pass this broker pre-licensing course. 90 hours of class time are required by the IN Real Estate Commission.

Step 2-Take and pass your national and state test. This is scheduled outside of school once you’ve received your certification from us. You have unlimited tries at the exam, but full payment is required for each re-take. For more information about the Indiana state exam, click here.
