Over 24 contact hours, students gain experience with refrigerant gauges, recovery and evacuation procedures, and micron gauges, while also reviewing the official EPA 608 study guide. The course concludes with the proctored online EPA 608 Universal Certification exam, giving participants the opportunity to leave class fully credentialed.

  • Demonstrate proper use of R22 and R410A refrigerant gauges.
    • Perform effective refrigerant recovery and evacuation techniques.
    • Accurately operate a micron gauge to ensure system integrity.
    • Apply safety and environmental best practices when handling refrigerants.
