The Entry Level Technology Essentials course is hands-on skills training designed to equip participants with the foundational knowledge and practical abilities needed to effectively operate a computer and smartphone in both personal and professional settings. As mobile technology continues to be an essential tool across nearly all industries, this course supports workforce readiness by building digital communication skills that are critical for entry-level employment, customer service roles, and workplace connectivity. Participants will develop essential competencies, including making and receiving calls, sending and managing text messages, organizing contacts, accessing internet-based information, and utilizing basic mobile applications.
