The Chemistry program at Ivy Tech provides students the opportunity to transfer to any four-year institution in the state to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry without losing any time or credits. The curriculum for the program includes foundational coursework in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Quantitative Chemical Analysis. It provides students with hands-on exploratory experiences in a laboratory setting to gain the required skills, competencies, and knowledge to transfer successfully and seamlessly into a four-year chemistry program. You will receive an excellent foundation into how the chemical world comes together to make up everything you interact with on a daily basis.
