Prospective students will:

• Tour campus grounds, classrooms, and labs
• Discuss the admission process
• Explore IvyLife
• Meet faculty in your program of interest
• Register for classes once enrollment steps are complete

• 2024-25 cohort begins June 3, 2024
• Minimum of 2.6 high school GPA
• Must have a good attendance record
• 11 months to earn an associate degree that transfers to 4-year colleges
• Five, eight-week terms

1. Fill out an ASAP program application.
2. Fill out an Ivy Tech college application.
3. Submit high school transcript. Ask your high school counselor to email your transcript to asap-bloomington@ivytech.edu
4. Obtain a letter of recommendation / nomination. This could be from a teacher, employer, or counselor. Send to asap-bloomington@ivytech.edu
5. Applicants also need program ready test scores, which will be communicated after application submission. 
6. Once all application materials have been submitted, an interview will be conducted.

• For students 22 years and up
• Classes are held two evenings per week
• Required cohort meeting on the first Monday evening of every month
• Graduate with a certificate in just one year or associate degree on time, in two years

4. Applicants also need program ready test scores, which will be communicated after application submission.

5. Once all application materials have been submitted, an interview will be conducted.

Save money and time by taking classes that transfer back to your home college! Add an online, virtual, or on-campus class to your schedule, or just take a more challenging class in a smaller setting. To get started, submit a free, guest student online application.

• A new guest application is required every semester that you want to take a class.
• Students will not be able to register for classes until a new application is submitted.
• Application processing usually takes 24-48 hours.
• Guest students must be in good academic standing at their home institution.
• Speak to your academic advisor at your home institution before completing the application. Ivy Tech cannot guarantee the transferability of courses to your home institution or if they will meet requirements to complete your degree.

1. Complete a free, online Guest Student Application.
2. Self-Register for classes online in Schedule Builder via MyIvy.
3. Pay your tuition via MyIvy.
