Ivy Tech Community College and the following programs have joined into a partnership to enable the delivery of an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree to journeypersons and apprentices. This innovative system will allow the opportunity to attain an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree by enrolling in Internet-delivered general education courses leading to a degree and meeting the residential credit requirement
- The National Joint Apprenticeship Committee of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners (NJATC/UBC)
- The International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers
- The National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP)
- The International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers
- The International Training Institute of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Industry (ITI)
Residency Policy: In order to graduate with an Associate of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College you must earn a total of 15 residential credits.
