Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington is launching new intensive skills training programs in fiber optic and network cable installation and is currently seeking applicants to teach the short-term training courses. Three years of experience in the field is required, no teaching experience necessary.

The instructor will lead eight-week cohort-based programs that take students from boot camp orientation through fiber optic and network cabling certification exams. They’ll teach technical content to students in a dedicated training lab.
The salary range is $55,000-$65,000, plus an employer retirement contribution.
