Among the many accomplished graduates, Jaimee Blaylock earned her Associate of Applied Science in Elementary Education from Ivy Tech Community College. After first enrolling in 2012, she returned years later with a renewed sense of purpose, inspired by a meaningful volunteer experience in her son’s classroom. At Ivy Tech, Jaimee served as secretary of the Aspiring Educators Club and was awarded the Frank O’Bannon grant, which helped support her educational journey. Now working at Saint Patrick School, she credits Ivy Tech’s exceptional elementary education faculty for equipping her with the skills and confidence to succeed. Looking ahead, Jaimee plans to pursue her bachelor’s degree and continue growing in her career as an educator.
