On Friday, Ivy Tech Indianapolis showed its love and gratitude to its dedicated 700-plus faculty and staff during the 2026 Employee Appreciation Celebration. The event, hosted by the Human Resources (HR) team with support from the Events/AV and admin teams, among others, was a heartfelt tribute to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of campus employees, the backbone of the campus community.
The celebration, held at the Conference Center and Culinary Institute, featured a delicious meal, raffle prizes, and a special recognition of employees who have reached significant milestones in their service to the College, ranging from five to 35 years. Additionally, the event honored all staff and faculty who have retired in the last year and are scheduled to retire in 2026, celebrating their years of service and contributions to Ivy Tech.
Employees also had the opportunity to tour the recently reopened Illinois Fall Creek Center before and after the celebration, getting a firsthand look at the transformed space as part of the Ivy Tech Indy: Reimagined for the Future initiative.
