Stephannie Bailey, Senior Vice President of Development for the College and President of the Ivy Tech FoundationIvy Tech Community College has named Stephannie Bailey Senior Vice President of Development for the College and President of the Ivy Tech Foundation. As leader of the Foundation, Bailey will partner with donors to invest in Ivy Tech Community College students, faculty, and programs to build stronger communities and a better Indiana.

Bailey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Indianapolis Public Schools Foundation, where she has led transformational growth in fundraising and donor engagement. She partnered with school leaders, corporations, and organizations to direct resources toward programs supporting college and career readiness and workforce development initiatives. 

Prior to her time with the Foundation, Bailey led major gifts fundraising strategy for Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and served as Executive Director to Alpha Gamma Delta International Women's Fraternity, where she partnered with university administrations across 118 campuses and grew membership and organizational assets to their highest level in the organization's history. She also helped found The Leadership Institute -- Women with Purpose, Inc. 

Bailey has served on several boards, including Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations. She earned her master’s degree in business education from the University of Kentucky, and her bachelor’s degree in management systems and marketing from Kettering University.
