The intent of the space and systems standards is to ensure that all facilities within the Ivy Tech system support the mission and purpose of Ivy Tech, focusing on providing the residents of Indiana an affordable, quality education. If capital projects achieve maximum alignment with the proposed building standards, the following outcomes are expected:

  • Reduction of redundant costs
  • Increased facility efficiencies
  • Improved emphasis on maintainability
  • Realization of facility equity across and within campuses
